Who we are, what we stand for, and why we built a training centre in Bahrain.
TRL Group Training Centre is an accredited training and competency development centre based in the Kingdom of Bahrain. We exist to close a widening gap: the Gulf’s industrial growth has outpaced the supply of certified, safety-competent tradespeople, and operators increasingly demand proof of competency before anyone sets foot on site.
We address that gap directly, by training and certifying skilled workers to internationally recognised standards, and by supplying that competency to the projects that need it. Established as a distinct Bahrain entity, we are built for this region’s regulations, culture and commercial realities, with the structure to scale across the wider GCC and beyond.
To be the Middle East’s leading provider of accredited industrial training and certified workforce supply, recognised for producing internationally qualified, safety-conscious professionals.
To deliver world-class technical training through internationally recognised accreditations and partnerships, supplying competent, safety-ready personnel to the industries that drive the region forward.
Most providers do one or the other. We do both, deliberately. Our training centre produces certified, competent personnel; our workforce provision deploys them. That single, controlled pipeline means the people we supply meet a standard we set ourselves.
Internationally accredited programmes in safety and high-risk trades, delivered locally to ECITB standards.
Certified, work-ready personnel supplied where and when projects need them, across Bahrain, Saudi Arabia and the wider GCC.
Our programmes are built around ECITB internationally recognised frameworks, alongside core health and safety and technical disciplines.
